Wednesday, February 28th is Floral Design Day. This special day dedicated to flower design and floral education was created to commemorate the birthday of Carl Rittner. He was the founder of the Rittners School of Floral Design in Boston and was considered the pioneer in floral art education. In 1995, Governor William F.
