Wednesday, February 28th is Floral Design Day. This special day dedicated to flower design and floral education was created to commemorate the birthday of Carl Rittner. He was the founder of the Rittners School of Floral Design in Boston and was considered the pioneer in floral art education. In 1995, Governor William F. Weld of Massachusetts, proclaimed every February 28th as Floral Design Day. And, that's what we plan to do in each of our San Diego flower shops. We honor our amazing floral designers and teams that put together the many extraordinary bouquets, flower arrangements, floral centerpieces and more that make us San Diego's favorite flower shop.
