Celebrating Labor Day in San Diego
Labor Day is just around the corner. The holiday was created to recognize the incredible amount of work accomplished by Americas at their workplace or through their own companies. Whatever the case, it's a time to escape from work. This three-day weekend starts on September 1st and goes through Monday, September 4th. Always celebrated during the first weekend of September, it is also the time when many kids (and their parents) realize that it's time for school. Labor Day is also the unofficial end of summer even though Fall doesn't arrive until around September 20th. This weekend is a time of barbecues and block parties to end the summer on a high note.
