Thanksgiving Floral Decorating Ideas

As one of our favorite holidays, Thanksgiving is a time for entertaining, which means lots of decorating the house to get in the spirit. And, when it comes to decorating and the rich and robust colors of fall, flowers and greenery hold center court. We have put together some Thanksgiving floral decorating ideas that you can incorporate in your home and for your Thanksgiving feast table (and, for some, your Thanksgivvukah table!). Del Mar Sunset Thanksgiving Centerpieces Thanksgiving centerpieces come in all styles and arrangements, including your traditional cornucopia arrangement in a wicker basket shaped as the horn of plenty or a floral centerpiece with candles. However, there are other decorations you can consider. For example, why not ask the floral design team at Allen’s Flowers and Plants to design a custom Thanksgiving centerpiece for you that is arranged within a treasured family vase or heirloom bowl? This personalizes it and provides a symbol of the family coming together to share their appreciation and give thanks for what they all have. Also consider some unique items like stalks of wheat or dried flowers and leaves arranged together in a tin container or vase. You could also order a topiary from Allen’s Flowers and Plants to create a dramatic and elegant Thanksgiving centerpiece statement. Then, there are the menurkeys, which combine the menorah and Thanksgiving symbols into one Thanksgivvukah centerpiece. Thanksgiving Table Flowers Thanksgiving flowers do not have to just grace the center of the table. You can create individual flower arrangements at each place setting. You might place a long stem rose on each plate as a welcome, tucking it into the folded fabric napkin. Or, you could float flowers in wine glasses to create a sophisticated touch for [...]
