In San Diego County, we are fortunate to have many excellent flower farmers to partner with that share our vision of fresh and sustainable flowers. Our flower partners are part of the San Diego County Flower and Plant Association, which has over 200 members.
Our climate in San Diego provides a great environment for year round flowers that we can locally source for all our flower bouquets, flower arrangements, and flower gifts.
We also work with local growers who supply all of our San Diego flower shops with green plants, flowering plants, and fresh fruit for our gift baskets.
For example, Carlsbad is known for its flower fields, including tulips, while the inland areas of San Diego County provide drier, more temperate climate for other types of flowers.
Some of our partners also focus on organic farming and have initiated ‘green’ practices in their flower farming to ensure that the flowers are available for future generations to enjoy.
